Employee Program

cyclists

To bring the Olympic Games experience closer to our employees, Atos Origin runs a Volunteer Program at every Olympic Games. Open to all employees, selected volunteers are trained and located at competition venues as hosts and guides, and at the Technical Operations Center performing real operational IT roles.

For our employees, this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to experience the Olympic Games. Each volunteer knows that they contribute to the Olympic success of thousands of athletes, million of spectators, and billion of viewers.

And to bring the Olympic spirit to all our clients and employees, Atos Origin has initiated a global program called “Champions & Challengers”. This program aims to build brand awareness, increase employee engagement, and provide a focus for a wide range of social responsibility activities.

Each Atos Origin country organization is encouraged to sponsor a local Olympic “Champion” on the road to Beijing 2008 and beyond. The chosen Olympian is someone who, for each country, matches with the values of Atos Origin such as team spirit, result oriented, conviviality and entrepreneurship.

More information about each country “Champion” can be found on our Sponsored Athletes pages.

At the same time, Atos Origin is also challenging its own employees to actively engage in sporting activities as “Challengers” (whether hobby, amateur or (semi)professional) in order to raise money for a good cause.

If no particular cause is chosen Atos Origin will donate any money raised to its chosen charity Right to Play.
